REMOVE FRAGILE AND VALUABLE ITEMS
Ornaments and any other potentially fragile or breakable items should be moved from the cleaning area.
MOVE FURNITURE AND SMALLER ITEMS, IF NECESSARY
If you have small coffee tables or floor lamps etc., please try and move these to another room, it helps us clean as much of the area as possible. It’s also a good idea to lift and secure things like bedspreads, and curtains to prevent them from getting in the way of the cleaning tools. Don’t worry about bigger items such as sofas, beds, and wardrobes, we can clean around these!
FREE UP A PARKING SPOT
We need to be able to park as near to your home as possible.
PROVIDE ACCESS
We need to have access to an entry door and power source, to be able to run hoses and electric wires for our cleaning equipment.
POINT OUT AREAS OF CONCERN
Please point out any stains, spots, and high-traffic areas you’re most concerned with, it will help make sure we don’t miss those areas during the cleaning process.

• Be careful not to slip if stepping from wet carpet to hard flooring.
• Beware of trip hazards from hoses and power cables.
• Please ensure any children are supervised by an adult.
• We can supply overshoes upon request; in case you need to walk on a wet carpet.
• Take care when walking from damp carpet to hard flooring—the moisture can make the hard floors very slippery!
• Leave the protectors we've placed underneath furniture for 48 hours after cleaning, and until the carpet is completely dry.
• Avoid placing items back onto the carpet until it's dry.
• Don't walk on the carpet in outdoor shoes to prevent soil transfer – we'll provide overshoes if needed.
• Avoid wearing coloured socks or slippers on wet carpet, as dye may transfer.
• Speed up drying by ensuring rooms are warm and well-ventilated (open a window, weather/security permitting).
